A Different Kind of Father’s Day

Thinking of my father today who passed away OTD in 1982 — 39 years after his passing, his advice still rings true: that love and loyalty matter most, that being an odd duck is more fun than flying with the flock, and that the best things in my life are always worth the hard work and patience necessary to have them there.
